Description of Service

ToBestAI is an AI video generation service. You enter text prompts or upload reference images, and the service renders short videos using third-party AI video models. Access is credit-based, with free, monthly, and yearly plans plus one-time credit packs. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Create or distribute illegal, infringing, or deceptive content, including misleading or fraudulent material presented as real.
• Generate deepfakes or realistic depictions of real people without their explicit consent.
• Remove, obscure, or alter the watermark on videos generated under a free plan.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.

Payment and Billing

ToBestAI uses a credits-based billing model. Each video render consumes credits from your balance, and the exact credit cost is shown before you confirm a render. Paid plans are billed in advance for the selected billing period and refill your credit balance every month; unused credits do not roll over to the next cycle. Monthly plans can be canceled at any time and stay active until the end of the current period. Yearly plans and credit packs are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You own the videos you generate with ToBestAI. Paid plans grant you full commercial rights to your generated videos, including use in products, advertising, and client work. Videos generated under a free plan are watermarked and licensed for personal and evaluation use only; commercial use of watermarked outputs is not permitted.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
